Dawn Andrews

Dawn has an extensive food retail background starting 27 years ago as a trainee manager and being promoted to store manager and then area manager before becoming an independent trainer and consultant.

She is a graduate of NUI Galway achieving BA(Hons) in Adult Training & Education. Dawn is a licensed trainer with the Environmental Health Association Ireland and the National Hygiene Partnership Ireland. She has enjoyed training and consultancy with various organisations throughout Ireland from private organisations to public colleges and has vast experience in delivering Quality Qualifications Ireland (QQI) & City and Guilds programmes.

Dawn has hands-on experience in training needs analysis, preparation, delivery, evaluation and assessment of training programmes.  She has supported clients by completing Food safety audits and creating HACCP plans for their business.

Peter Jackson

Peter has over 30 years of extensive experience in the food industry and has held the role of Quality Assurance Manager for the past 26 years in the retail sector, working for wholesale companies that operate symbol groups and independent franchise grocery stores of all sizes. 

Peter is a registered trainer with the National Hygiene Partnership and Environmental Health Association of Ireland and is a Fetac level 6 Manual Handling and Assessor instructor.

Peter has hands-on experience in training needs and delivery, evaluation, and assessment of training programs. 

He has vast experience in food auditing and developing HACCP plans for specific organisations.
